About The Creators

A small group within our DAO came together and created these NFTs.  The main creators are Heidi Cuppari, Kyle Piorkowski, Margaret Kral, Kushim Sun Rey, Brandon Cope.  We'd like to honor DAO members and friends Niki Faldemolai, Eric Knight, Jennifer Capo, Darren Harper, Cody Gould, Summer Gould, Dennis Curran, Kate Kissane, and Mark Earhart who gave creative input and feedback.

Heidi Cuppari 

Heidi Cuppari, the visionary of Island17 who has been building the foundation of this Organization for the past 6 years is a leader in social impact investing, and youth and women’s leadership.  She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Dream Tank, Director of Cuppari Mondo Bello Gallery and Council member of The Digital Economist, and is now creating Island17, a web3 collective impact game designed by youth to address the United Nations’ SDGs. Her consultancy activates and supports maximizing the global impact of Next Generation and women investors through strategic collaboration and impact investing. Prior to founding Anastasia Impact in 2014, Heidi was a licensed Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services in the Leonard Social and Sustainable Investment Group. In 2016, together with her children Summer and Cody, now 16 and 13 years old, she launched Dream Tank. Heidi also serves as an advisor and investor relations consultant to several family offices, as well as emerging technology social impact ventures that she believes will revolutionize our ability to address the SDG’s and enable people and the planet to thrive. Summer and Cody have also helped in the creation of this NFT and will be part of the royalty pool along with their mother.

Kyle Piorkowski

Kyle is the Lead Designer / Developer of Island17.  He is guiding our team with years of creative tech experience and an evolving portfolio of visionary design pipelines and workflows. Kyle specializes in creative tech, art, and business while advancing design projects with sustainability and respect for all.  As a Web designer and XR world builder, Kyle is driven to create astounding websites and immersive tech experiences pushing the edge of creativity.  All who experience his breathtaking work are amazed and delighted.  Kyle’s path to this work was fully set in motion following a direct experience with death at age 17. He was involved in a fatal car accident during which he crossed over to the “other side” of reality, offering him profound insight and connection with his inner creativity.  As a result, he created Liquid Light Project to partner with businesses helping manifest their passions and business dreams.

Margaret Kral

Margaret Kral is CEO and co-founder of systemCHANGR, a global curated community of change-makers united by the common goal of catalyzing measurable systems change in organizations so that they can realize the full potential of human, social, financial, and natural capital.  She is also the COO for Island 17,  a web3 collective impact game designed by youth and the young at heart, to address the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.  Prior to jumping into entrepreneurial ventures, Margaret was a Community Bank President for Wells Fargo and in banking and finance for 28 years.  Margaret is all in on decentralized organizations and finance as the future for distributing wealth and creating community to tackle some of humanity’s biggest challenges.

Kushim Sun Rey

Kushim Sun Rey is a multimedia producer who has been working diligently to provide impactful, full sensory immersive experiences that positively reprograms the human mind. Starting from an audio standpoint, Kushim has been a music producer since 2011, fully integrating himself with sonics, frequency, and how they relate to holistic health and wellness, engineering, mechanics, bioenergetics, biochemistry, psychology and human behavior studies, etc. He furthered his studies by attending Full Sail University, where he completed a professional certificate for audio engineering. Since then, he has released multiple projects, and has worked cross genre with a plethora of artists ranging from reggae and rock, to hip hop and house music. In 2020 he furthered his studies by accepting an apprenticeship to work with iPyramids, a forward thinking energetic healing solutions company based in Sedona, Arizona. Upon completing this apprenticeship and receiving a pyramid of his own as his reward, he has started utilizing frequencies within his own sound healing modality and is now using them to bridge technology, nature, and healing in innovative ways to spatial 3D audio, web3, NFT’s, deFi’s and DAO’s.

Brandon Cope

Leveraging his experience as a Peace Corps volunteer in Senegal from 1993-1995, Brandon incorporates conscious-minded lessons learned from living in a subsistence agriculture village into his approach on integrating culture, sustainability and community into his business acumen.  Brandon is an executive level leader with proven success and hands-on experience developing new market opportunities, managing operations, overseeing client relations, and executing market strategy initiatives. He has a unique ability to become fluent in new industries rapidly, and analyze new concepts/future trends and effectively motivate teams in a collaborative environment fostering a synergistic atmosphere of high performance. Brandon has established a reputation for the ability to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, implement and execute policies, standards, and changes in operations and systems to optimize productivity while ensuring the client’s needs are met leading to multi-year recurring revenue streams.  While Brandon takes all of his career endeavors with great pride and focus, his purpose in life is to play and to bring this aspect of life into his work when long days are required.
